WA 1500

WA stands for “World Association” and as the name indicates, this event is shot all around the world. Like the Service event a holster is used with a centre fire pistol (auto or revolver), but there is only one target and there is slightly more time to shoot the sequences. Distances start from 7 yards moving out to 10, then 15, 25 and 50 yards, back in again, out again and finishing at 25 yards. Shooting positions include the free standing two handed position, lying, sitting, kneeling and shooting off the barricade. Speed loaders for revolvers or extra magazines for autos are carried on the shooter for reloading in the required sequences.
